All tenants must complete a Confidential Application form, pass a reference and credit check, and sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement. I conduct Move-In Condition Inspections as well as Move-Out Inspections, and regular inspections as per legislative requirements and insurance requirements. We organize repairs that come up during the term of the tenancy. My goal is to treat your property as if it was my own, and to place a tenant that I would be willing to occupy my own property.
